Hi, folks, David here. I'm so thrilled to welcome you to our online Foundations course! As the Founder of the Change Through Play Improv & Training Studio, I get the honor and the privilege of teaching you this course.

I've been improvising since 1992 and acting professionally since I joined SAG/AFTRA in 1993. Over those 3+ decades on stage and screen, I've accumulated a LOT of knowledge about improvising, non-verbal communication, and human psychology. This course will teach you the CORE tools that help professional actors do their jobs well.

Only, we encourage those of you who are NOT professional actors to use these SAME tools and apply them to your personal and professional lives. They will absolutEly help.
